The violin looks amazing. There are spots where you can see how the finish is applied, but that is part of owning a hand made rather than machine applied finish violin. The bridge, which looked a little large and in need of further shaping is actually fitted well, and I was amazed it arrived in great shape despite being shipped with the bridge up. I am assuming the strings are cheap steel strings, and I have perlon cores on the way to replace them. However, the tone is fantastic for a new violin! I am greatly impressed with the quality for the price, and have left feedback about it already. I am also impressed with the fact it arrived less than 4 days after you shipped it.
