| Ning & Ivanov is the result of violinmaking collaboration between a Chinese Violinmaker and a Russian Violinmaker. I believe this is the first and only available workshop that is working so close together. Russian violinmaking has a long history, earlier that even many European countries. There are some unique styles in the construction of the violin that the violinmakers has retain strictly as Russian style. Here we are happy to showcase these to you. Right now, the 2 violinmakers are residing in Beijing. We have chosen to retain use Russian spruce and maple. The tone is just exceptional, powerful rich clear tone. | |
